Booking and Payment Policies

To ensure your appointment and avoid any inconvenience, we recommend booking your treatment at BORN Massage & Beauty in advance. You can do so through our reception phone, WhatsApp, or email. If you make your request via email, we will try to respond as soon as possible, though we cannot guarantee an immediate response.

To avoid last-minute issues, BORN Massage & Beauty requires full payment in advance for all reservations made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Additionally, for long treatments, group bookings, or when deemed necessary, advance payment will be mandatory on any day of the week.

Advance payment can be made at our reception, through a secure payment link sent via email or phone, via our website, or by bank transfer.

For reservations with advance payment, gift vouchers, or VIP vouchers, cancellation or modification of the service must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, no changes to the schedule or refunds will be accepted.

The purchase and/or advance payment via payment link implies acceptance of the terms of use of BORN Massage & Beauty, available at our reception and website.

If you request a specific therapist, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it. If we are unable to meet your request, we will notify you as soon as possible to offer you an alternative. However, the reservation is for the center and not for a particular therapist, so cancellations for this reason will not be accepted.

Punctuality

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the treatment form and prepare for your session in a calm manner.

If you are late, please notify our reception as soon as possible to help us manage the schedule effectively.

Minimum Age Requirement

Minors under 16 must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

For clients between 16 years old and legal adulthood, written authorization from their parents or guardians is required, along with a copy of their ID.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment when making your reservation.

BORN Massage & Beauty is not responsible for accidents or injuries prior to the treatment.

Pregnancy

We offer treatments adapted for pregnant clients. Please inform us of your condition so we can advise you on the best options.

Phone

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please turn off your mobile phone or keep it on silent mode inside the center. Avoid making calls to ensure tranquility for all clients.

What to Wear

We will provide towels, clothing, and disposable underwear for your treatment. Some treatments require special clothing, while others may require receiving them without clothing, always respecting your comfort and privacy.

Can You Talk?

It is perfectly acceptable to communicate your preferences to the therapist. However, we ask that you maintain a calm atmosphere and respect the silence in the common areas.

Restrictions in the Use of the Spa

Alcohol or tobacco consumption is prohibited in our facilities.

No food or drinks from outside are allowed. If you have special requirements for an event, please ask us.

The use of hairdryers or other noisy equipment is not allowed.

Lost Items

BORN Massage & Beauty is not responsible for personal items forgotten in our facilities.

Gift Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers to surprise loved ones with our treatments. Please contact us for more information.

The purchase and/or use of a gift voucher implies acceptance of our terms of use.

Return Policy

Unopened products may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. No cash refunds are made.

Gift vouchers or advance payments cannot be refunded, but they can be exchanged for another treatment or product.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

For gift vouchers or advance payments, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the voucher or payment will be considered used.

Reservations made with less than 24 hours’ notice cannot be modified or canceled.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be canceled.

Payment Policy

We accept cash and most credit cards.

Hours

We are open from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

During the Christmas period, our schedule may be subject to changes.
