The general terms and conditions of sale for Gift Vouchers on www.bornmassage.com (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) exclusively govern the contractual relationships between all users of the website www.bornmassage.com, referred to hereinafter as “user,” “client,” or “you,” and the seller THE BORN STUDIO S.L. These General Conditions are the only ones applicable and replace any other general condition, unless canceled in advance, expressly, and in writing. THE BORN STUDIO S.L. may occasionally modify these conditions, so we recommend reviewing them during each visit to the website. The modifications will be applicable from their publication and will not affect contracts concluded previously. By making a purchase, you unconditionally accept our General Sales Conditions after reading them.

Accessing the website implies acceptance of these General Conditions and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of them, we recommend that you do not use the website.

HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER

To purchase a Gift Voucher, select the desired treatment on the FRESHA purchase platform, add it to your cart, complete the required details, and finalize the order.

The prices of Gift Vouchers on the website are shown in euros and may change without prior notice.

DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR GIFT VOUCHERS

• Online Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, a digital Gift Voucher in PDF format will be automatically sent to the provided email address. This document must be presented on the day of the appointment. If you don’t receive it, check the spam folder or contact us.

PAYMENT METHODS

The user can pay via:

BILLING AND CHARGE DOCUMENT

Once the payment for the Gift Voucher is received, the corresponding charge document will be issued. The invoice can be requested when redeeming the gift voucher or via email, indicating the voucher number.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS OF USE

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To use a Gift Voucher, the beneficiary must book their appointment by contacting BORN Massage & Beauty by phone, WhatsApp, or email.

The Gift Voucher number will be requested as a guarantee for the booking. On the day of the appointment, the client must present the Gift Voucher, as it is considered a form of payment. If not presented, the treatment must be paid for. A refund will be accepted once the valid Gift Voucher is presented within 30 days after the appointment.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for group bookings of more than 4 people). Otherwise, the Gift Voucher or the advance payment will be forfeited.

Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance cannot be modified or canceled.

Gift Voucher Validity

The Gift Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Once expired, it loses its value and cannot be used.

No refunds will be issued for the Gift Voucher. However, the treatment can be modified or exchanged for another product within the validity period.

Amount of the Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher represents an amount equivalent to treatments at BORN Massage & Beauty. If the beneficiary wishes to change or upgrade the treatment, the difference can be paid at the time of booking.

If the chosen treatment is of lower value than the Gift Voucher, the difference will remain as a pending balance, valid within the voucher’s usage period.

Loss of the Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher is a document with monetary value. In case of loss, no replacement will be issued, and it cannot be redeemed.

ONLINE PURCHASE SECURITY

BORN Massage & Beauty never receives your credit card details. These are securely processed through the appropriate payment gateway.

PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

To process your order, we request certain personal data such as name, address, phone number, and email, which will be treated confidentially and used solely for order management and future communications about promotions and services.

In accordance with current regulations, you can request access, modification, or deletion of your personal data at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

THE BORN STUDIO S.L. is the owner of all intellectual property rights of the website and the content offered on it. Any sale of Gift Vouchers will be understood to have taken place in Barcelona, Spain.
